Note: You get one chance, so if you sit on the throne with the wrong character you will have to restart the level.
TURN OFF DEMOLITION MODE RED BRICK.
This is only unlocked during free play. You have to just click on the level "Ring of Fire" from the hub after beating it once in the story then choose who you want to be.
Once in the level hit Y
and switch your character to Orm walk towards the back with him to a throne that shines and press B 
.

It might be necessary to turn off the Demolition Mode Red Brick. Even if not necessary, it's pretty easy to accidentally destroy the throne with the brick on.

This can only be unlocked in Free Play.
Orm (Gladiator) unlocks after you complete the level ‘Ring of Fire’ in Story Mode.
While replaying the level ‘Ring of Fire’ in Free Play, press
to switch to your second character (the one not fighting Orm). Then, hold to open the character grid and switch that character to Orm (Gladiator).
Walk away from the screen down the hallway to a room with a shimmering throne in the center. Do not hit the throne with
as it cannot be rebuilt! Instead, walk up to the throne and press 
to sit in it. After a short animation, Orm will stand from the throne and the achievement will unlock.
