With the x2 Red Brick this can be achieved before you get the 2nd disguise with breaking every object and searching everywhere.

To achieve the "Rule Breaker" stud goal, which is 470,000 studs in the level, you have to collect as many studs as you can during the level. Once you've hit the goal, the bar at the top of your screen will flash a full bar of gold studs. It's easier to get this achievement while having the x2 multiplier stud active to achieve the goal faster. It's not necessary to have this red brick since you can get it normal by smashing everything and picking up studs throughout the level.

This trophy requires that you collect 470,000 studs within the level. The trophy will pop as soon as you reach the amount of studs and there is no need to go past it or finish the level to receive the trophy. This amount of studs may be achievable without any multipliers or other aids, but turning on the Dwarves Bounty Red Brick is highly recommended. It will multiply your earnings by 2 and give you a safe enough cushion to reach the fairly high amount needed for this trophy.
If you choose to go it alone, you will need to break every object you come across and utilize any stud mini-game (the giant Lego pieces that blink different colors) that you can access. This will be risky if you only use Ethan Hunt throughout the level, as other figures (especially Abby Yates from the Ghostbusters 2016 Story Pack) will provide you access to hidden areas and more stud mini-games.
If you fail to reach the required amount at the levels end, you will need to repeat the level for the trophy, but you may quit out as soon as you reach the Rule Breaker amount and are awarded the trophy. A word of warning, though: Even when using the X2 multiplier, I did not get Rule Breaker until the second half of the IMF Headquarters section which is fairly late in the level. It is strongly suggested to use the Dwarves Bounty Red Brick the first time, as playing through the second time may mean you would basically be playing most of the game all over again and nobody needs to play that fuse box mini-game THAT many times.
