This is a story based achievement and will unlock through game progression "naturally" when a player completes the ninth level focused on The Ghostbusters franchise entitled "The Phantom Zone".
I add that as a precursor, because there are two additional levels that can be purchased based on the original 1984 film and the 2016 reboot. You do not require these kits to complete this level but depending on your play style (and age) it can make the level more enjoyable.
Hint: Remember for each story-based level a player can receive up to four gold bricks; one for level completion, one for collecting all level themed minikits, one for saving the level's unique character in peril and a final brick for obtaining the rule-breaker status. It's nearly impossible to obtain all of these with just the original three assigned characters, so multiple playthroughs are recommended. Enjoy!
