as you start the game for years 5-7 you will instantly be in the level called Dark Times just complete the level to unlock the achievement
don't worry about the bit where you get swarmed by dementors you're not meant to win. The level ends once you finish up at the ministry and the achievement will unlock overall it'll take about 15 minutes to finish
