How to unlock the Quirrell Quandary achievement in LEGO Harry Potter Collection - Definitive Guide
litepink, Radiant, Viper, Caramel, Cardinal
This will only be available to do in Free Play, and after you have unlocked Lord Voldemort. You will need all 200 gold bricks to unlock him, so don't worry about this until you are at the end of your playthroughs. This boss fight is in Level 1-6, the last level of Year One.

in the level titled Face of the Enemy (which is the sixth level of year one) You will need to play the level in free play with Professor Quirrell ( i didn't do it with Quirrell Voldemort but i think it will still work to use him) after you have purchased his character token just complete the level with him and it will unlock
To get Professor Quirrell, you must go to the pendulum room in Hogwarts Castle. make your way through to the end of it and the character token will be sitting there
to get Professor Quirrell (voldemort) in free play of Face of the Enemy at the chess game there will be a dark magic dark magic there to unlock him and purchase at diagon alley then replay the level with him
