I’m really stuck on this achievement, it says I’ve completed the game 100% and I have all 24 crests yet this achievement isn’t unlocked. I’ve tried soft and hard resetting my Xbox as well as reinstalling the game, is my only other option to restart the game and see if it unlocks the second time around?

Each level contains four crest pieces to form one house crest. Some pieces can be acquired in your story playthrough while others will require you to go back in Free Play as you may need a certain character, or didn't have a spell unlocked yet to get to a piece. Between the 4 years, you will collect 96 pieces for a total of 24 house crests.
Use this COLLECTIBLES GUIDE as your companion through each level and use the Crest Detector cheat (TTMC6D) to help unearth them.
