This achievement can easily be won during the regular story play or free play. During "A Veiled Threat" simply defeat Bellatrix, who will be on the left during the duels, with Sirius Black who will be in your party during the story play.

Sirius Black can be unlocked in Level 4 Year 5 (Kreacher Discomforts), but you will need to know Aguamenti to unlock him. Once you've unlocked him, replay one of the level where there is a fight against Bellatrix and make sure to choose Sirius Black at the character selection.
The fastest level to get this trophy in is Level 6 of Year 5 (A Veiled Threat). She also appears in Level 6 Year 7 (DOBBY!) and Level 6 Year 8 (The Flaw in the Plan).
