Much, much easier if you do it with the multiplier red bricks, and when you've completed all story levels.

Now when you have completed the story (recommended), go back to levels to go for the true survivor accolade on all levels, and buy each multiplier brick from the Visitor Centre as early as possible.

Now when you have 2, 4 and 6 activated, it gets easy to reach 65 million, as a 48x multiplier on the Tyranosaurus chase bonus level should net you 12 million studs for roughly 45 seconds it takes to complete the level.

Go and collect/buy the 8x and 10x bricks with this, (4 mil & 5 mil) and replay this level again to easily surpass 65 million and the achievement will pop during the level.

I had it pop up today when I got to 54,000,000 so it must add up with what you've had before as I had "spent" to get characters, vehicles and red bricks at that point.

Currently sat at 72 million after some spending and the tracker says I'm at 93%. Not really sure how this achievement works, but I'm sure it will pop at somepoint during my few free play levels

I don't think it counts the bonus studs for getting all minikits on a level, so I believe it only counts the studs your characters collect during the levels

This is a method I've been using to collect studs as quickly as possible. The focus is to collect as many purple studs each (with a base value of 10,000 studs each), while spamming gold and silver studs in between. Ideally you should not be bothering with stud farming until you've completed the story for all games and unlocked all character abilities.

The characters you will need:
Dilophosaurus
A dinosaur with a charge attack (such as Triceratops)
A character with a ranged weapon
A character who can break glass
A character who can cut vines
A character who can travel in the dark
A character who can water plants

Conveniently, you can fit all of these characters into the selection wheel, so there's no need to pick them out individually.

WHAT TO DO:

Go to Jurassic Park on Isla Nublar (the "first" game), and head towards the visitor's center, then to the iconic gate separating the Tourist Area from the Animal pens.
When facing away from the Visitor's Center, on the left side of the gate there are some blocks you can climb to find a purple stud (or a gold brick if you haven't already gotten it).
From here, jump down and head through the gate. You can go either left or right here. I'll split up the methods depending on which you take:

RIGHT: (~45 seconds, 3 purple studs)

LEFT: (3 1/2 - 4 minutes, 7 purple studs + loads of gold/silver)

You must have 65,000,000 studs on you at one time to unlock this trophy, it is not overall. This is actually a lot easier than it sounds with the help of the x2, x4, x6, x8, and x10 red bricks. With a few of the multiplier bricks turned on you should get 65,000,000 in a level or two so no need to go out of your way. For the locations of the multiplier red bricks please refer to the One Big Pile of Bricks Trophy. By the time you get close to the platinum trophy you should have way more than a billion studs.

Once you’ve collected, purchased and turned on all five stud multiplier Red Bricks, this achievement will come naturally. Just keep playing the game until you’ve unlocked it.
