How to unlock the What Lysine Contingency? achievement in LEGO Jurassic World - Definitive Guide
You need to heal 10 dinosaurs in freeplay - in the hub worlds. (Dinosaurs healed as a part of the story don't count).
While doing story levels, always open information kiosks you run across in between levels. The kiosks add the location of red/gold bricks, workers in peril and dinos to heal. If you've opened all the kiosks, going for this achievement later on will be so much easier.
Here's the location for all the sick dinos:
JURASSIC PARK I - 3 sick dinos
Gallimimus Territory
Dilophosaurus Territory
Triceratops Territory
THE LOST WORLD - 2 sick dinos
Long Grass
Hunting Plains
JURASSIC PARK III - 1 sick dino
Ankylosaurus Territory
JURASSIC WORLD - 4 sick dinos
East Boardwalk
Safari Plains*
Shady Grove
Gyrosphere Valley
* some may observe a kind of a glitch here.... if the said dinosaur is not there, you will need to get the gold brick located in the same area first. Thanks to Momie for this tip. Momie says: Get the gold brick ( you need to kill a bunch of small dinos ), fast travel to another island (to trigger a load), go back to the area and the dino to heal will be there.
There is a counter that shows you how many dinos you've healed.
The actual healing should not present any problem... for each one you need examine the dino's dung which will reveal three things you need to get. Getting the things is a mix of typical LEGO minipuzzles. Break stuff, use special abilities of the characters you have etc.
Went to the location (at both Day and Night) and sure enough no Dino in place :-(

As you progress through the Story you will periodically be presented with a sick dinosaur. Typically healing them will require you to rummage through some nearby droppings, then find 3 specific items to feed them.
There are 3 Levels during the Story that involve this task
- Jurassic Park: Chapter 2, Level 1 - Triceratops Recovery
- The Lost World: Chapter 4, Level 2 - Camp Sabotage
- Jurassic Park III: Chapter 8, Level 3 - Eric's Hideout
Completing these is required for Story progression, so this trophy should not be missable, and you should earn it during Jurassic Park III - Chapter 8, Level 3 (Eric's Hideout) if you have played the Levels in order.
Sick Dinosaur locations are shown on the map as a maroon hexagon icon with a dinosaur head on it.
Spread out amongst the four hubs are 10 sick dinosaurs that you need to heal by finding three objects in the area and “feeding” them to the dinosaur. You may need to rummage through its droppings to initiate this. You need characters with specific abilities and have unlocked the Dilophosaurus, Velociraptor and Gyrosphere in order to heal them, so make sure you have the appropriate characters, dinosaurs and vehicles unlocked before attempting to complete this.
When you heal each one, it rewards you with a Gold Brick. Heal all 10 and the achievement will unlock.
Note: The dinosaurs healed in Story Mode (with the exception of the one listed below) do not count towards this achievement.
- Jurassic Park: 3 Sick Dinosaurs
- The Lost World: 2 Sick Dinosaurs (one of these is completed traveling from Level 2 to Level 3)
- Isla Sorna: 1 Sick Dinosaur
- Jurassic World: 4 Sick Dinosaurs
Thanks to VGFAQ:
There are a total of 10 dinosaurs that you must heal throughout the four parks in Free Roam. They will be indicated on your map by a Red Icon with a dinosaur on it. The easiest way to locate all of them is to interact with the information kiosks around each of the islands. Upon interacting with an information kiosk the locations of all collectibles in that area will appear on your map, making finding all 10 very easy. Some dinosaurs will require you to have “activated” them first, usually by rummaging through a poop pile. You will know the dinosaur is activated when three items are circling above its head. Once you have “activated” it you will have to find the three items, they will all be located in the area of the dinosaur. For some of the items you will have to have certain characters/abilities so I recommend waiting until at least after you finish story mode, preferably Free Play, before trying to heal all 10. Once you have healed all 10 the trophy will unlock.
Please refer to the Next Time It'll Be Flawless Trophy for the breakdown of kiosks per island.
Please refer to the free roam collectible guides found here: LEGO Jurassic World - Free Roam Collectibles Guide for help finding all the free roam collectibles.
