Story related and cannot be missed.
Just complete the level. The level does cover quite a few things from Marvel's Agents of SHIELD: Season 2 so beware of spoilers! (Melinda May even tells you as much in the level's prologue).
If you are playing on update 1.06, then you may find that this level is inaccessible but renewing your licenses should fix the problem (Settings -- Account Management -- Restore Licenses).
