How to unlock the Master of the Mystic Arts achievement in LEGO Marvel's Avengers - Definitive Guide
Like each level in the main game, there are a total of 10 minikits in this level. They are not all available to you in Story mode, so you will have to complete this in Free Play. Once you have obtained them all, you must complete the level to unlock this achievement. You cannot Save & Exit the level as it will not count as complete. Refer to the video for the locations.
Characters required: Scan Vision, Electric Panels, Speed Walking, Break Cracked Walls, Cosmic Powers, Rockets, Grapple, Break Glass, Telekinesis, Laser/Heat Beam, Pass through Grates, Repair

As with all Lego games, there are 10 Minikits in each stage but the majority of them can only be obtained during Free Play so don't bother searching for them during story mode.
There are three Minikits in Clara's area - two in the first section, before the remote control, and one in the second section before the vine bridge. (Stan Lee is also in the next section, if you want to collect him as well) All three are only obtainable in Free Play. The rest can be found in Doctor Strange's area. Note there is a secret room you can fly into above the bathroom that isn't made obvious.
There is one Minikit in Doctor Strange's area that is revealed by jumping on his bed several times. There have been reports that if you jump on the bed and jump off before the Minikit fully appears, that you won't be able to collect the Minikit until you try again in another playthrough.
It seems the developers really mean complete the entire level. When I played the Captain Marvel DLC, I used the save/exit method to pick up a few missing Minikits and the trophy didn't pop. I then loaded and played the second part of the Captain Marvel DLC until the end; no trophy. Finally I played through the whole level again and this time the trophy popped. I am running under the assumption that the constraints are the same for all the DLCs.
As the DLC stages are fairly short, the Minikits are not particularly hidden and can be easily found without using the Minikit locator Red Brick. However, KnottyGaming has made a video guide should you wish to follow it:
