This character is included with the ‘The Masters of Evil’ level. When you are in any level in Free Play (hubs don’t include enemies), select Black Knight (Dane Whitman) as your character. Now simply defeat 20 enemies for the achievement to unlock.

Note that this is not the "default" Story Mode Black Knight character which the game gives you. He is one of the other characters in the Masters of Evil DLC Pack. Just pick him as your main character when you replay the level in Free Play and you will be fine, as enemies constantly spawn while you're playing the level. You don't necessarily have to do this in the Masters of Evil level as it can be done in any Free Play level or hub area.
