Finish the level in Story Mode to unlock Mister Negative, then set at least two of the party as Mister Negative during free play to unlock.

Would be nice to have included where on the character select Mister Negative is. He is second to the bottom row near the middle, above Crossfire who is the far left of the bottom row on the selection screen. While in the level he is the far right of the second to the bottom row.

Mister Negative is unlocked by beating Double Trouble once. When you go back to the level to clean up the minikits, take a moment to set both characters to him and unlock this trophy.

When you complete this DLC level, you unlock the character Mister Negative. Replay the level in Free Play and select Mister Negative as your character. When the level starts, switch to your other character, change it to Mister Negative as well and the achievement will unlock.
