The requirement for True Believer in this stage is about 185,000 studs.
I would recommend having at least the 2x or 4x stud multipliers switched on to make this easier, though I had all 5 multipliers on without issue. These multipliers are Pink Bricks available from the start of the game and can be bought for 800,000 and 1,500,000 studs respectively in Gwenpool's room inside the Avengers Mansion.
Once you reach True Believer, either beat the level in Story Mode or Save and Exit in Free Play Mode.

You need 170,000 studs to achieve True Believer status in this level. It is recommended that you have bought and activated the Studs x2 pink brick as it would be very difficult to obtain this goal without it. This brick is already unlocked and located in Gwenpool’s room in the Avengers Mansion and costs 800,000 studs.
Once you’ve purchased it, enable it in the pause menu and then start the level. Play through the level and once you achieve ‘True Believer’, if you are playing Story Mode, complete the level to unlock this. If you are playing it in Free Play and have fulfilled all other achievement requirements for this playthrough, you can press
and select ‘Quit to Chronopolis’ then ‘Save and Exit’.
