This brick is already unlocked and located in Gwenpool’s room in the Avengers Mansion and costs 800,000 studs.

True Believer in this stage will take roughly 85,000 studs to reach. Switch on at least the 4x stud multiplier brick and you should be fine. Note the trophy won't unlock until you actually finish the level.
