There are twenty challenges that can be viewed by going to the Challenges tab of the map. Most of them are doing ten of something, some are less. You have to scour the cities to complete them and some are easier than others. Once you have done ten, you get this achievement. Challenges consist of set number of things you have to complete around the HUB. There's 25 challenges in total, but you only have to do 10 for this trophy (you will need to do all 25 as part of 'Nuff Said, though). If you press 
and go to the challenges section, you can see the requirements.
One challenge you may want to get out of the way early is "Cartoprapher". There's 18 consoles, one in each major area, which when activated will reveal the activities of that area on the map. Thankfully, there's already a console icon on the map for each area, so you can hover over it, set a waypoint and get right to it. It will also be used as Fast Travel once activated. This challenge will only take about 10 minutes to complete and will open the entire map for you, including some icons needed for challenges.
