This achievement is story-related and can't be missed.

It is unlocked on the rewards screen, after completing Stage 4, "What's Klaw's is Mined".

General notes:
  • If you plan on completing the game, you'll need to play this level twice, both on Story Mode and on Freeplay;
  • If you're playing co-op, both players should have it unlocked after completing the stage;
  • If it glitches and doesn't unlock for you, it should unlock properly if you beat the stage again, either on Story Mode or on Freeplay.

Still glitched. Redid story missions twice for this and still wonky. Won't unlock in free play either. Guess I'm not 100 this game.
