In story mode on the second chapter, stand on the left side of the crossed gate. Use Thanks and fire projectiles at the approaching good guys. They will continue to redrawn allowing you to kill 10 easily.

En el nivel, extra de los dlc. Llamado “El guantelete de la tormenta” juego libre usando thanos, solo debes avanzar y matar a los enemigos

Thanos is available from the very beginning of the level. Just keep him as your active character as much as possible.
There are four enemies in the area after you shoot down the huge silver wall (before the cutscene with Medusa), and I think there are enough enemies for this trophy just in the lab area after you put the colored gears in the door to open it. As you are likely to be Thanos at this point anyway (he's your magic using character in this level), you may even get this trophy without trying.

There are a limited number of enemies in this level but more than enough to unlock this achievement. Whenever you encounter them, switch to Thanos to defeat them.
After the cinematic with Medusa and Lockjaw, there are four enemies on the walkway. Later in the level, after you open the gear door with Thanos, there are 8-10 more enemies. Defeat them and the achievement should unlock at this point.
