Black Knight – Nathan Garrett is unlocked on the third level "Castle Hassle" at the very beginning of the level as soon as you start.

Flying around the map and having The Black Knight (Nathan Garrett) as the secondary character, looking for petty crimes (exclamation marks on the minimap) to solve then landing and swapping to The Black Knight (Nathan Garrett) just running towards the enemies will defeat them.
If you'd happen to run into any 'police' while running around the map they should count as well considering they will attack you if you're in close enough proximity to them.
To my knowledge I had zero defeats/kills with this character and it took less than 10 minute to complete.
If you know of a level with infinitely spawning enemies where this achievement might be easier don't hesitate to leave it in the comments!
