At the very end of the level once you have activated the 3rd antenna the rhino will jump down at you, simply do nothing and it will land on you killing you instantly & earning the achievement.

How come this is tagged as missable? Can't you do this in Free Play? Or replay by replaying the story?

At the end of the level, a rhino statue will come to life and start attacking you. As the description states, just let it kill you. The easiest way to do this is to just ignore the QTE button press during the slow motion scene where the rhino awakens – missing this button press will instantly kill you.

In Story Mode, after you’ve activated the third antenna, you need to find a way to stop the flow of water so you can get to the drilling machine. Close to the last antenna is a sonar turret. Jump on it and shoot at the platform above the cave to block the water (the camera will focus on what you need to shoot). After a short cinematic, you will have control of your character again. You will see a Rhino Mech on the rock above you (the camera will focus on it). To unlock this achievement, when the rhino jumps down, don’t press 
to dodge out of its path and you will be killed.
If you miss this in Story Mode you can always obtain it in Free Play.
