True Believer is achieved by meeting the stud requirements for each of the 15 levels in story mode, as well as the 11 bonus HUB missions in the game. The requirements for each level are as follows:

Story Missions:

Sand Central Station: 70,000 studs
Times Square Off: 170,000 studs
Exploratory Laboratory: 100,000 studs
Rock up at the Lock Up: 150,000 studs
Rebooted, Resuited: 95,000 studs
Red Head Detention: 95,000 studs
BiFrosty Reception: 95,000 studs
Juggernauts and Crosse: 110,000 studs
Doctor in the House: 100,000 studs
That Sinking Feeling: 90,000 studs
Taking Liberties: 95,000 studs
Rapturous Rise: 85,000 studs
Magnetic Personality 100,000 studs
A Doom with a View: 85,000 studs

Bonus HUB Missions:

Tabloid Tidy Up - The Daily Bugle – located on south of Island, icon is a red circle with a bugle in it. – 30,000 studs
A Shocking Withdrawal – The Federal Bank – located in the south west of the map, it’s a yellow icon with money on it. – 35,000 studs
House Party Protocol – Stark Tower – located at the giant Avengers Icon south of the Rebooted, Resuited icon. – 73,000 studs
Nuff Said – Marvel HQ – just south of the Avengers Icon. – 40,000 studs
Feeling Fisky – To unlock, you will have to have at least 50 gold bricks before you can access this mission. – This one is located west of Central Park at the Jewel staff looking Icon. - 50,000 studs
Put Up Your Dukes – You will have to have at least 75 gold bricks before you can access this mission. – This one is located at the gym which is located at the barbell icon west of central park south. - 25,000 studs
Stunt Show Surprise – You will have to have at least 100 gold bricks before you can access this mission. This one is located in Central Park south at the Big Top Tent icon. - 25,000 studs
Reptilian Ruckus – You must have at least 125 gold bricks before you can access this mission. This one is located in central park north at the Godzilla looking point, it’s a lizard though. - 45,000 studs
Stranger Danger – You will have to have at least 150 gold bricks before you can access this mission. - This one is located just north west of the Oscorp building, it is represented by a yellow icon that looks like a crooked tic tac toe board. - 45,000 studs
The Thrill of the Chess – You will have to have at least 175 gold bricks before you can access this mission. This one is located at the Raft, the island in the north east of the map, it is represented by the thunder bolt icon. - 35,000 studs
Bro-tunheim – You will have to have at least 200 gold bricks before you can access this mission. - This one is located in the industrial park on the west coast of the island, the Icon is the blue tesseract. - 30,000 studs
