This may sound silly, but I have completed the entire game, and this achievement didn't unlock. I even went back through and did it again. Is there anything I can do that will unlock this achievement or is it stuck forever?

Didn't unlock for me either. Considering that SL1CK CHR1S has this as his last achievement I would assume that you have to replay from the beginning. Urgh...

Story related, can't be missed.

In Story Mode, complete the level "Anger Management" then the trophy will pop on the score screen.
