How to unlock the Skycycle Style achievement in LEGO Marvels Avengers - Definitive Guide

After beating the Captain Marvel level, I went to the New York hub and I flew over the Roxxon Power Station. As you are looking at the station I fly to the right and went down 3 docks. On this dock you will find the red platform where you will find Captain Marvel's Skycycle. Make sure you switch your character to Captain Marvel, select the bike, jump on and the achievement should pop. Easy.

Just a heads up that the DLC levels do not have vehicle tokens. You can pop this one without ever playing the level as long as you own the DLC.

As a note, you can get this on the Shield helicarrier if you are having trouble finding the right vehicle port.

Both Captain Marvel and the Skycycle are included with the ‘Classic Captain Marvel’ level. Travel to the Manhattan hub and select Captain Marvel as your character. Then go to the red platform on the pier in Central Park, activate it and select the circle with the vehicles (middle circle). The Skycycle is along the bottom row. Select it to spawn on the platform, enter the vehicle and fly it around to unlock the achievement.

This is the only trophy that cannot be achieved in the actual Captain Marvel DLC level. You must be in the Manhattan hub (which is the default hub; from level select and it's the flag with the Avengers symbol on it). Go to any RED (not blue) vehicle spawn point (there's one on the SHIELD helicarrier if you can't find one in Manhattan; any of the blue vehicle points will take you there) to pull up the Skycycle. Get on and fly the Skycycle with either Captain Marvel or Captain Marvel (Masked) to unlock the trophy.
