Did you play in coop? Did you use the "Save and quit" in the middle of the level? This are 2 known issues in some lego games that prevents the achievement from unlocking

This really cannot be story related if it is missable. I only say that cause i completed the first mission and this didn't unlock. As well, it seems if this is the first achievement and story related, everyone should have it unlocked, but it has a 1.05 ratio meaning that several people have not unlocked it.

yeah, i did save and quit. i guess it doesn't matter since i will have to play the level again alot. The completion % is really off for this first level, even the general public is only 56% when this would be the first given achievement.

Yeah that's the issue with these story achievements, imo the should say "Complete 'level name' in one go without saving and quitting"

Does it unlock for both local co-op accounts?

I think only the host account will unlock the achievement, it has been like that in most of the lego games.

Story related, can't be missed.

In Story Mode, complete the level "Struck Off the List" then the trophy will pop on the score screen.
