How to unlock the You Asked For It achievement in LEGO Marvels Avengers - Definitive Guide
- Armored cars
- Theft
- Bullying
You will either hear screams for help or a voice telling you about a crime that is happening. The crime will be in a short radius of where you are standing at the moment. An icon on your radar should pinpoint you where to go.
These crimes happen all the time, you wont even have to go look for them. Just remember to do all 10 in one single session. If you quit out of the game before you get the achievement you will have to start over. You can leave Manhattan and travel back to continue though.
(Say if I cut up a level in 3 parts because I need some collectables and you finish and go back to Manhattan sometimes you find these bullies on the left by the sand castle. Which is quick work)
As you travel around Manhattan, Agent Coulson will alert you of a crime being committed in the immediate area. An icon will appear on your minimap. Go to that location to thwart the crime. Crimes range from purse or bag snatching, someone getting harassed by multiple assailants to chasing a truck around the streets. Stop 10 of these in a single session (without returning to the main menu, playing another game or turning your console off) and the achievement is yours.
Manhattan is one of the numerous Hub areas in the game where you can run around and collect gold bricks and other collectibles, except in Manhattan there are also random crimes that occur. These are pretty simple and usually involve just beating up a few enemies, chasing down an enemy and beating him up or destroying a truck. You will know when a crime is in progress nearby as there will be a little SHIELD icon on your minimap and you will also usually hear someone shouting. All you have to do is complete 10 of these in one session then the trophy will unlock but you will know you have completed one when you get a bunch of studs, including a few blues.
Providing you don't return to the main menu, you can go off and do something else in the game and the trophy will still pop e.g. you can stop 5 crimes, go complete a free play level then return to Manhattan and stop another 5 and the trophy will still unlock.
