How to unlock the Did everybody see that? achievement in LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game - Definitive Guide
This is achievable at the end of level The Maelstrom from the 3rd film and only near the very end of the level.
Once you have gotten Davie Jones to his last heart you will need to climb to top of the Flying Dutchman, when you come to where Davie Jones is on the beam you'll see some studs at the opposite end to him (including a purple one) follow along here and jump off the end into the water.
The achievement will unlock immediately.
Note you can still unlock the achievement if you have the Extra 'Fall Rescue' turned on, thanks to SaltyTON for confirming.
Here's a video, skip to 2:45 for the area to jump off

This level glitched for me... Davy Jones got stuck on a rope he was hanging like a baby so I couldn't get this achievement the first time I tryed. I had to reset the level again and then there wasn't a glitch and I jumped into the ocean of Maelstrom from the highest point of the ship then got the achievement finally. You might wanna jump when Davy Jones has one heart left.

WTF!?! Why would someone vote negative on this one? Must suck when you can't figure out a game whose target audience is < 10.
