This achievement didn't unlock for me until I purchased Jack Sparrow (Cursed). Does he count? If not maybe my game is just glitched.

I don't know I think I already had Pirate Cursed Jack from playing Chapter one all the way through. But you might since Jack is a Pirate Lord too.
