You can do this achievement on any difficulty Play Bass on one of your favorite songs and hit all the notes. Queen's "We Will Rock You" is one of the easier Bass songs.
As a bonus, if you haven't got Rock Band 2's expert bass achievement, and have exported your Lego songs, you can grab it fairly easily by throwing in your RB2 for a few minutes and do this song there as well.

The easiest song for this is Charlene ( im rigth behind you) its a free DLC and it only have a couple of notes and is pretty short

Although the colored frets appear on screen, you do NOT need to worry about them. All you need to do is strum at the correct time.
