How to unlock the Long-Distance Rocker achievement in LEGO Rock Band - Definitive Guide
The Rock Marathon is a random combination of 15 songs both from the game and some downloaded songs you have on your hard drive.
If you don't want to play this setlist, you can put your microphone in front of one of your speakers, set the game on Super Easy and then let the game play by itself while you take a break.
You will get the achievement even if you pause the game, but for faster results you'll want to have your controller connected to the Xbox 360, so the game never stops for the batteries.

One important thing that the guides above are missing is that you must complete the Queen set in the final Space Station venue in order to unlock the Rock Marathon Setlist in the UFO venue.
Completing all the stars in the UFO venue won't unlock it, you must complete that Queen show.

The Rock Marathon Setlist is unlocked after beating the final Rock Power Challenge in the World Tour mode. Select it on the UFO Venue through the Teleporter.
This setlist is 15 RANDOM songs in a row. It can be any combination of Lego RB songs or DLC you might have. On average it should take you just about an hour, though this can change depending on if you get stuck with some of the longer songs. Remember that you can always pause if you need to take a break.
The achievement will unlock after you complete the final song.

If you're already tired of the songs like I was, you can put this on super easy vocals and just let it sit there. You won't get any stars or fans or points, but at this point, do you need them? The achievement will pop once all the songs play, you can't fail.

And if you still need the points or stars, on super easy, leaving the mic by the tv will get you five stars nearly every time.

In addition to both excellent guides above, I would like to mention that you can get this achievement with Short Song Mode on. The same goes for the Endless Shameless achievement (Complete the Endless Setlist on the World Tour).
So if you don't mind your songs abruptly broken off, this will save you some time...

A 15 song set list. It will take about an hour to complete. See Endless Shameless for alternative strategy.
Ok, so here is what I have. In the final area of the game (Space), I did EVERY thing possible after beating the game. Every venue, and 5 starred them all. Once I had no where else left to go, then and only then did the 15 song setlist unlock. It unlocks in the UFO (1st of the 3 venues). I am currently 'playing' it (mic + fan = easy trophy)
Thank you Gamer42 for this information.
This is located in the final vehicle. It is a 15 song set with all randomized songs.
