How to unlock the You're Hired! achievement in LEGO Rock Band - Definitive Guide

You can purchase your entourage by going into the office, but only after you unlock one of them by playing through the gigs. It takes about 20,000 studs to unlock the first one.

Once the office is open with a manager, you can hire your entourage. They give you special bonuses for songs. The lowest member you can buy is 10,000 which is the intern.
