Yep, it's story-related. This is the first, unskippable mission. There are three parts: essentially the entire second half of Return of the Jedi, so it's a bit of a long chapter.

I'm starting to think this game is just plain glitchy, especially in co-op.

~~This did not pop for me playing as player one in two player co-op. Player two did get it.~~
This popped for me replaying it with player two signed out.

It didnt unlock for me in the same situation as GooRoo. I will have to go back and complete it.
