To achieve 100% completion you will need to collect the following.

180x Minikits
250x Gold Bricks
18x Red Bricks
18x True Jedi
35x Carbonite Blocks
221x Lego Characters
85x Lego Vehicles

You also need to complete each chapter on the Millenium Falcon and the following planets

Starkiller base

Once you have collected 249x Gold Bricks the last level on Starkiller Base is unlocked "Starkiller Destruction"

If you have collected everything noted above before playing Starkiller Destruction the achivement will pop on finishing this level

*note
I have the deluxe edition therefore may have Some extras than the default pack but if you work on collecting everything before the Starkiller Destruction level the achivement will still pop.

If you have collected everything and the last thing you do is unlock the Carbonite Blocks the achievement may not pop, even though the overall progress is showing 100%. Simply start any mission for the achievement to pop.

There are some missions that appear after completing other general missions. They are called skirmishes and they have the symbol of an x-wing on the map. They do not count towards the standard number of general missions but they do count towards the 100% completion. A gold brick will be awarded for each skirmish mission completed.

There are two skirmish missions on star killer base that I can recall and one on Jakku. Hope this helps some people.

I have 250 gold bricks and everything on map 100% And my overall % is 99.2%. I don’t know what I’m missing. I have all Minikit a, all carbonite, I’m at 266/277 characters due to dlc and can’t figure out what I’m missing for 100%

Had the same issue as Drgonnofski - reached 100% and no unlock. Completely closed the game and restarted, still nothing. Restarted my console, restarted the game, continued the game and it popped after a minute of wandering around. So annoying

Didn't unlock for me at first, unlocked after I did the Starkiller Destruction again in freeplay.

I bought the deluxe edition with all the DLC, so my end stats were a bit different. Without doing any of the DLC my final stats which counted as 100% of the base game were:

Total completion: 93.6%
180/210 minikits
250/259 gold bricks
18/18 red bricks
18/21 true jedi
35/35 carbonite bricks
261/277 characters
85/86 vehicles

I'm having so many problems just completing the minikits - levels in freeplay keep crashing, the game crashes randomly - it's a mess. I'm not sure I can fully complete this game it's becoming very frustrating

It wouldn't pop for me after I 100%'d everything and played Starkiller Destruction in free play. So I saved the game, closed the game completely, and rebooted Xbox. Then upon loading the game back up and a few minutes of just sitting there idle on D'Qar, it finally popped.

Funny thing, I was stuck on 248/250 gold bricks for the longest time and unsure as to why. For some reason the "Dejarik Battle" doesn't tell you that it gives a gold brick for completion on the Millennium Falcon.

Pretty obvious, but I had been skimming over it trying to figure out where that last brick was.

Also stuck on 248/250 gold bricks. I have the following:

180/180 Minikits
248/250 Gold Bricks (Starkiller Destruction and one missing)
18/18 Red Bricks
18/18 True Jedi
35/35 Carbonite Blocks
205/205 Lego Characters (complete for the version I have)
83/85 Lego Vehicles (2 remaining for completing Starkiller Destruction)

Each planet/hub says 100% except for Starkiller Base, which says 94.4%. The only thing obviously missing from Starkiller Base is Starkiller Destruction. 99.1% completion overall.

Any guesses what I could have missed? If it is a bug, how should I report it?

Important for unlocking all Characters:

If you have collected all 35 Carbonite Bricks all over the Universe, you have to "open" them on the Planet D'Qar .

Here is a Video showing Location and what you need to do ( needs some time to open each Brick roll )

Thx to JayShockblast

The other guides are better solutions. I am just noting this as I had one issue: a gold brick on D'Qar. It is marked as being outside the building where you defrost the carbonite characters; to the left as you come out of that building.

Much earlier I had done the task there that requires C-3PO to translate but the character was still there but unable to be interacted with. There is also a breakable mini vehicle that can be rebuilt into something else then broken again. But when I did nothing happened. What should of happened was a "1/3" message should have been displayed.

This is the key. There are two other identical vehicles along this strip. When broken they display "2/3" and "3/3" and grant the gold brick.

Maybe I should have spotted them MUCH sooner but I didn't and I almost gave up. I hope that no-one needs this help but if they do that they find this.

There is one place where you can get stuck - when you collect all the golden cubes, you may have a problem with assembling the cube from the distant hangar on D'kar (e), namely, when you enter the hangar, there will be 2 people in front of you , sofa and screen, but as soon as you approach them, they immediately disappear. So, this is not a bug! You just need to kill 3 lampreys on the opposite hill, after which a small cut-scene will appear, after which you can calmly take the cube.

If you completed the entire game 100% and didn’t get a trophy (and this happened to me), then you don’t need to panic right away - just click “save and exit”, and then re-enter the game. In any case, the trophy dropped out only then.

Just in case.
It is better to start collecting cubes and completing mini-missions on planets only after completing all additional missions.
I came across the fact that the 35th cube on the planet Takodana (or rather the mission for it) was unavailable until I completed the mission “Crimson Corsair”.
