While aiming, shoot the enemies that have helmets (preferrably Storm or First Order Troopers in later episodes). Shoot their helmets and after a few shots, there helmets should fall off and that should count as 1 helmet, now repeat 50 times on 50 different troopers. Then boom achievement should pop

Just a couple of tips to add that aren't worth a new solution, as this will likely come naturally anyway. If you're going through in number order you won't be able to start working on this until Episode 3, but it'll come a level or two after you start getting helmet enemies if you're focusing on doing it.
Another thing to note, not that it really matters, is that even though it says "shot", you can use a lightsaber throw and knock their helmet off, as that's the one that gave me the achievement.

i tried but my perc wouldnt go above 32? edit nvm it loaded slow for some reason ?

This can be earned in any level that features Clone Troopers (as enemies) or Stormtroopers (Empire or First Order). Chances are that you will not need to go out of your way to unlock this if you just play through the entire story. When you encounter Stormtroopers, using a character with a blaster, simply aim for their head (using .png.87b50615156e2c16168a497f2e9ed8e7.png ":1lt:")

You will easily unlock this as part of your playthrough. Any time you are fighting against any helmet-wearing enemy while you're using a blaster, simply aim for a headshot and you will knock their helmet off. Once you've done this to 50 enemies, you'll get this trophy.
