How to unlock the ''Hello there!'' achievement in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga - Definitive Guide

So there are a few things that should be mentioned that the original explanation doesn’t go over.

1. You will have to complete all 140 side missions to get this achievement.
2. More importantly than number 1, you must complete “Where’s the Wookie” global challenge in order to get this achievement.

It should also be mentioned that you only need to collect the original characters. Additional characters bought through expansion packs do not add to your total or help with this achievement.

“Where’s the Wookie” is likely to be the biggest challenge for folks, but If you’re reading this before heading out on the game, make sure you find the Wookie on each level as you’re grinding out the bricks/challenges. This will avoid having to go back and do it last when you discover it’s the last character you need for the achievement.

Note: check out missions <
(!) tab in the menu and go down to challenges “Where’s the Wookiee? “ and use right stick to see the planets you already found him on rock

380 of 380 characters. Indicate that I missed one villain, but I have them all when I look at them. Look like this game will stay forever unfinished for me

Not a solution but I’d strongly advise playing episode 7 to 9 first and getting the steadfast capital ship as I have run into a game breaking glitch where it won’t spawn meaning I can’t get the last wandering Wookiee and firing range

This didn't unlock for me when I did it but I did the whole delete save from console and let it re-sync and it unlocked after loading the game back up during the loading screen

Might be worth mentioning that not only do you have to collect all 380, but you need to buy them all - including all the variants

If it says 380/380 but no achievement popped scroll past the protocol droid, make sure you unlock all of the extras as well.

In total, there are 380 characters in the game, divided into 10 different classes. If you complete each story level and all planetary events, you will unlock all but two characters. For the final two, one is unlocked on the Death Star capital ship while the other is unlocked by completing the ‘Where’s the Wookiee’ galaxy challenge.

Despite what the achievement description says, you must purchase each character. Since playing through the story unlocks at least one of each class, each character thereafter is just an alternate, so it is recommended that you do not purchase any of them until you have at least unlocked ''Only one business in the Galaxy...'' (40G). You will need approximately 20 million studs to purchase them all.

You will earn this achievement on your way to unlocking ''See you around, kid'' (100G). Note that some characters do not appear until you complete side missions; you can select the locked character and purchase the rumor to show what the prerequisites are.

Characters are unlocked by completing story missions, or by completing events like side missions or races in free play. You can purchase hints if there are specific characters you're having trouble finding, but as part of completing the game's events you will unlock everyone for purchase. From there, you will need to actually purchase every character through the character select screen. By the time you have every character unlocked, you'll have more than enough studs to afford everyone.
