This video from HappyThumbsGaming is one of the best i've found that shows you exactly how to complete the level, just follow it and you will get the achievement without any problems. :)

Same problem here… did it pop finally? If yes - freeplay or story play? Thx

EDIT - if anyone else is having problems - I repeated the chapter in story mode and it finally worked.
It didn‘t worked in „free play“!
