To add a little insight on this achievement.

Heres some random info
-The gears are NOT the Lego turbine things in that (something I previously thought when I was first going for this)
-The correct gears I got this achievement were right after you use Frozone to stop the big turbine and smash through two layers of wall with Mr Incredible
-This is an appropriate time to attempt this achievement because you have a larger number of enemies that spawn BUT they are NOT infinite.

Heres the trick- When you are standing on the playform, there are TWO rotating gears going into the floor. There is also a Y split of piping, this is key. With Mr Incredible Press

to pick up an enemy. Stand on the Y piped part of the platform and face the rotating gears. Press

toward the gears and they should be thrown at the right distance for it to count as 1. Repeat this 5 time's and the achievement is yours.

One last thing to watch out for... Dont let the enemies bunch up, you will do a smash attack and kill like 2 or 3 in a row. Also dont move too much with Mr. Incredible, he kinda tramples everything in his way, thus killing even more by accident. Seriously, he's worse than the Hulk at being dainty lol

Anyway, I also got this at the start of Mission 1 with the unlimited Miners. There is no reason to play all the way through until after you use Frozone.

I got this on Mission 1 during the first training steps with Mr and Mrs Incredible.

Work your way through the attack tutorials, there will come a point where you need to hold X to do a special move and proceed. Don’t hold X and take advantage of the respawning enemies.

Use Mr Incredible to pick an enemy up and throw them into the gears on either side of the platform. I stood right in front of one of the big gears and threw them directly into it. Repeat 4 more times.

Don’t throw them at the front, as this is the drill not a gear.

The gears mentioned are on the sides in the first area, and you can get this in Free Play. I got it after throwing many more than five miners into the gears in Story Mode because you have to get it just right and they keep coming if you ignore the instructions.

story mode is better due to the fact that it is infinite respawns and 4 of 5 throws goes nowhere where you want it to be thrown,

Do this one in free play, the story-mode tutorial doesn't seem to allow you to do this (at least, it wouldn't let me).

In the first section of the first level, you will be attacked by twelve miners. As Mr Incredible, pick one up using then toss it into one of the gears on the left or right (NOT the giant drill at the back of the screen). You can't lock on to the gears; you just have to figure out the right angle to do this. I personally had the best luck with the back right gear (the one right before the ramp).

Make sure you do NOT have the Destroy on Contact red brick active when going for this; you're more likely to kill the enemies instead of picking them up.

This can be only be done during Chapter 1, 'Undermined', during Freeplay only. It seems the game doesn't register the kill during story.

Use Mr. Incredible then use

to pick up the enemies that come out and throw them into the spinning wheels on the side of the drillcar. Do not throw them into the giant wheel in the back of the screen; this won't count towards achievement.
