Shortly after unlocking the Waterfronts gold bricks and time trials, there will be red dots on the mini map here and there. These are considered ambient crimes and are short little actions to help the local citizens.

On the upper left of this area, there is a girl who has there money robbed from them. The robber will run around a tall white building in a circle. With that being said, you'll be prompted to press B when you're close by the robber (Dash will easily outrun him for this). Either press B or target him with another Super's ablities and force him to drop the cash. Press B near the cash and bring it back to the poor woman.

This isn't the ONLY way to get it but rather one of the first you'll encounter in the game and this same quest can be repeated 10 times to net you another gold brick. Remember you'll need 50 of these little side events to unlock



Tiny Note: Keep in mind the citizens who are robbed are attackable too. Let the robber get a distance out before bashing the attack button. This way you wont risk despawning the entire event.
