How to unlock the Making the World a Better Place achievement in LEGO The Incredibles - Definitive Guide

You'll get this achievement for completing a "crime wave" alert from the map.

The district will blink red when its under a crime wave and will consist of quests from citizens in deress or danger.

Oddly, this didnt pop after the first one (the ice cream dude). I actually got this when I completed the crime wave in City Park. 2 quests here, 1 you'll be putting out flames and the other moving bombs.

Super simple but im not sure "when" it was suppose to pop.

When you complete a crime wave a notification pops up saying how many you completed out of how many you need in order to clean up a district. The first district requires two completed crime waves before it's cleaned up.

Story related and cannot be missed.

You will be required to clear a district of its crime wave between Level 1 and Level 2 of story mode.
