How to unlock the Senior Citizens Arrest achievement in LEGO The Incredibles - Definitive Guide

As there's not a guide, and it's not clear which characters are senior citizens. I can confirm that Reflux the super does count towards this achievement.

I did it via releasing bomb voyage from prison but there may be shorter crime waves to do this with. I'll edit it people let me know which is shortest as well as any other characters who count as senior citizen

Docks only has 2 crimes, and if you create an invulnerable flying character you can complete both of them quickly. The fight with Anchorman is also short. You unlock Reflux around mission 4, so you can get this early on in the game.

You will unlock your first senior citizen a few levels into story mode – Reflux. I used him against Bomb Voyage, the first district boss you'll fight.

This trophy has a delay in popping – it doesn't unlock when you defeat the boss. After defeating a boss, you'll see a news report cutscene, and then a “boss defeated!” screen – that's when the trophy will unlock.

If you missed your chance when clearing the crime waves, remember that once you've unlocked Superhero of the Year, you can reset individual crime waves by visting the prison.

The first senior citizen you unlock and can play as is after Chapter 2, 'Hover Train Hijinx', in story mode called Reflux.

Every district has you complete the crime waves when they unlock in the game, and in some of them, you need to defeat a boss. The first district boss you can fight is Bomb Voyage in the Financial District. If you'd like, you can use your favorite character then switch to your other character that's a senior.

If you've cleared all the crime waves you can always go back and reset a crime district by visiting the prison in the Downtown district.

The trophy is NOT skippable, if you have already completed everything, then go to the prison and go to the cell, then select the mission where the “block boss” was, select the “old lady” character and, just in case, do not change the character.
