How to unlock the That Was Totally Wicked! achievement in LEGO The Incredibles - Definitive Guide
Go to an area with at least 1 enemy. Switch to Violet and activate her shield. Now start running people over. Every person you run over counts towards the combo but does no damage. After a few seconds they get back up and you can run them over again. Given 3 enemies I just went in a circle running each one over until I got to 75. Since there is no damage they last indefinitely.
Note: You can also run over your secondary character and it counts so this might be doable anywhere in the city. I just did it during the crime wave.
Also, jumping helps if you're struggling to get momentum as Violet
If you have already finished the Brainfreezer battle, but have not finished the rest of the Crime Waves, see the spoiler below for what to do.
For you visual learners, here is a guide I found that shows how to get this achievement as well as the Senior Citizen's Arrest achievement. I did not create this video, all rights go to Clarky1005 on YouTube.
Once you unlock Tradewind (do the "Big Catch" challenge in the docks...smash 5 boxes and build a giant fish), load up Chapter 7 "Golden Years", start from the beginning. Use Tradewind to fly over to the greenhouse area where there are several enemies. Land, then jump and groundpound. This will send a gust of wind to the enemies that dazes them. When they are dazed, you can run up to them and get in about 10-12 quick hits. You will have your 75 in no time.
This one can be a bit tricky, especially because it cannot be earned in the bonus stage.
Find an area with at least eight enemies (the beginning of Level 1 will spawn twelve in free play; I personally did this in the third area of Level 1), and use them to build up your combo meter. Do a ground pound attack far enough away from the enemies so that only the end of the attack hits the enemy – this should stun them, allowing you to run up and build a melee combo.
If you have the invincibility brick, turn it on, because dying will reset your combo. Also, I recommend turning on a second controller, as the AI is likely to kill a few of the enemies while you're trying to do this; more than once I've had my combo streak broken because the AI killed the last few enemies in the area. Finally, do this as a non-super, or at least, not as Mr. Incredible (I used Syndrome), as Mr. Incredible seems to kill enemies a lot quicker than most other characters.
lordretro71 has another strategy:
" I finally got the 75 combo trophy by spamming the jump attack against Crime Wave boss "The Anchorman". After his first 2 charges he will become vulnerable and you are supposed to go in and punch him a few times. I did jump attacks with a character that releases a shockwave and it didn't seem to trigger the next part of the fight but still increased the counter as well as my super move. I got my counter over 100 doing this with Spashdown. "
What helps to easily obtain this achievement is if you ground pound the ground and then hit numerous times. Keep doing this and should be very easy to unlock. Do not use Mr. Incredible for this for some reason he will hurt the enemies more thus not getting a good multiplier.
If you do not unlock this in your story playthrough, you are guaranteed to earn it while playing the bonus level, 'Omnidroid Rampage'.
During the final battle
Played for Dash Parr, hit with a combination +
When moving from the first phase to the second, the counter does not reset
In the second phase, we immediately run to the upper left corner. The first mob will appear there and then the counter will not be reset
