How to unlock the There's some good in this world. achievement in LEGO The Lord of the Rings - Definitive Guide
I had alot of trouble with what to do for this achievement and was unable to google a solution because after getting a quest you will see a trail of ghost studs that lead to nowhere and nothing.
The items they require are actually obtained from the story missions and the story they tell you about them item points to the mission in which you can find it.
I recommend completing all the story missions first so you have all the items before you talk to the quest givers.
Another tip is to get the red brick called Quest Finder which will give you white arrows pointing to the quest givers in the overworld.
Not technically a solution but some useful info as this one had me scratching my head for a while and there was no guide here, so i hope this helps.
What you have to do is listen to the story as they point out a certain level that the item is hidden in I have attached a link for Bonefishgamer.com describing on each level where the treasure items are as well as some tips for making it easier.
Best way to approach these missions is to have perfected each of the levels in the story mode ( got everything in them) that way when you first speak to the quest giver you are able to instantly hand it in.
Would recommend to use the quest giver finder red brick to help narrow searches down to which npc is giving out the quest.

Fetch Quests are denoted by the green question mark that appears on your map in Middle-Earth. There are 50 of these in total, 30 of which reward you with a Mithril Brick and 20 which give you a Red Brick.
To initiate a fetch Quest, either approach an NPC standing in plain sight or solve a puzzle to find the NPC, and press . If it is a Fetch Quest that rewards you with a Mithril Brick, they will ask you to bring them one of the Treasures that can be found in a story level. If it is one that rewards you with a Red Brick, you will have to find the Blacksmith Design Recipe for the mithril item that they require, either from a story level or Middle-Earth, and then craft their required item at the Blacksmith in Bree.
Fetch quests will be found in various locations around Middle Earth. An NPC character will ask you to either forge them a specific Mithril item or retrieve a specific treasure in a story chapter. The 20 Fetch Quests that ask you to forge a specific Mithril item will reward you with a purchasable Red Brick, and the remaining Fetch Quests that ask you to retrieve a specific treasure in a story chapter will reward you with a Mithril Brick.
