Simply start up a game on the Classic Space Pack world, hold 
to select the Discovery Tool, then hit again to bring up your discoveries. Select the pink astronaut from the minifigure tab (you'll have access to her because she comes standard with the base game) and place her anywhere on the moon. Achievement unlocked!

What do you need to do? Been to the space world a few times as Intergalactic girl but no achievement has popped yet. This is the only achievement in this world i don’t have

The description for this trophy is wrong as you don't have to physically be Intergalactic Space Girl and take her to the Classic Space biome but to spawn her in, using the discover tool. That's all that is needed. She's a default character in the base game so there's no reason not to have her at this point.

First, the description is a bit misleading, as you need to be in the Classic Space Pack world. You need to use the pink astronaut which can be found minifigure tab. You can do this by holding 
and use the discovery tool. Now find the astronaut and place them on the moon.
