There was an achievement for doing something similar in the base game, so this guide follows a similar strategy.
Start up a game on the Classic Space Pack DLC. If you haven't used the Discovery Tool to "discover" a Space Buggy, spend some time on the moon, you'll find these cars everywhere. Here's a visual reference:
Once you've discovered the Space Buggy, hold
and select your Landscape Tool. Use it to build a tower straight up off the ground. Build it high, as you'll want the car to free fall for a minimum of three seconds!
Climb the tower (if your minifig didn't stay on it). Once on the top, use the Discovery Tool to place a Space Buggy. Drive off the side and fall to the lunar surface below. Achievement Unlocked!

No need to build anything (ramp etc). I just drove off the edge of the Space world and Achievement popped.

This trophy is done in a similar way to the The Ultimate Skydive! trophy in the core game. Create a Large Hole to the bottom of the world and next to it, create a giant tower all the way to the top. Find/Discover a Space Buggy (see the following picture for what the Space Buggy looks like) then spawn one on top of the tower. Drive off the tower, then the trophy will pop.

The first thing you need to do is get into the Classic Space Pack DLC. Next, you need to find the space buggy and use your discovery tool on it.
Now hold your 
button to bring up the landscape tool. Create a large hole to the bottom of the world and next to it, create a tower to jump off. Climb the tower and once on the top, use the Discovery Tool to place a Space Buggy. Drive off the side and fall into the hole below.
