This one is really easy and quite common, when playing around on any world you'll occasionally see this little green monster guy holding a brick show up beside you. When it does, simply chase the monster and press

to tackle it. This will grant you a block whether it's a Gold Brick or a Building Shape and the achievement will unlock!

Troublemakers are little green (gold if holding a Gold Brick) characters that pop up randomly holding items of value. You need to chase them down and tackle them by hitting the

button to tackle them. Once you tackle one, you’ll get whatever item it is holding, plus this trophy.

Troublemakers will appear on any world and a specific sound will play when one shows up near you. They run away from you rather quickly, but you can trap them in a hole using the Landscape Tool. Once you're close, use to tackle it. You'll want to do this as often as possible, as they usually hold unlockable bricks, Gold Bricks, brick builds, or valuable items.
