There are 20 collectibles on each of the worlds and also the training level which need to be collected to gain this achievement.
The first time you collect all 20 in one world you will unlock
'The Nest' is listed as having 20 collectibles but wasn't required when I unlocked this achievement, I assume the world was added in after launch.
