This bonus level requires you to make it from start to finish while collecting little timers along the way that add a second to your time. To unlock the achievement, you need to reach the end with 84 seconds or more still left. Note that you don't need to collect every single timer for this achievement, although if you miss more than 4 or so, it will be pretty tight. Thankfully they're all pretty much directly in the path that you should be following. The most important part to hitting the time for this achievement is launching off the springs so you skim along the roof curves to collect all the timers. The video below shows how it's done.
