How to unlock the GODLIKE achievement in Let Them Come - Definitive Guide

You can cheese this by playing the whole campaign on easy. Then on the 3rd phase of the final boss (experiment 7), you can just pause, set the difficulty to highest difficulty, then beat the game.

The third phase is actually the easiest of all bosses and is not harder on the harder difficulty so you shouldn't have too much problems with it.

You can even do it after you've killed the boss before you press X to jump the ship!!
