This is earned at the end of Issue 01 when you enter a store and a gun is pulled on you. There will be a randomized QTE of 4 button presses that require faster and faster responses. If you fail any of them, quickly quit to the menu and you can retry
Failing any of the button presses will result in Barry dying, and unlike the rest of Issue 01, the game will move on with him being dead (which minorly affects the story). You will have to replay Issue 01 if he dies and you don't quit fast enough
