You won't encounter 30 drones in a single playthrough, but you can find a good place to kill them (do so) and reload the checkpoint until you unlock it.
There is a point in the last Issue (06) where you can easily farm whatever you're missing. It's when you're defending the console while it transmits. As long as you never break the window to escape (even though your buddy will tell you to) you can keep fighting waves of enemies, including drones.
