This achievement is technically missable.
Can be obtained very close to the beginning of the game. Continue playing through until you get a cutscene section where you will be in your apartment and interacting with a computer. There will be a short QTE section where you will dodge some bullets fired towards you as you jump out of the apartment window. If you successfully complete the QTE, you will unlock the achievement as soon as you regain control of your character.
